KTLA5 LA Unscrpited features Sunny Day Scoot as LA’s newest BIG THING!
KTLA5 LA Unscripted Features Sunny Day Scoot:
Small cars equal BIG FUN!
Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, it does. Who knew small cars are LA’s biggest new thing?
Alright, I’ve been driving before, but now I’m feeling the need for speed again. It is time to put the pedal to the metal. Come on!

Michael Hunter and Amy Strong who co-founded Sunny Day Scoot explain what makes scooting the most fun activity in Los Angeles.
They’re like race cars; but cuter! This is really the perfect activity, especially right now. By nature, you have space, and the social distancing is built into our experience. The mini-cars are super easy to drive, and super fun.
We’re definitely popular for locals because its an LA bucket list thing to do, and that’s both for people visiting and for residents. We have one hour experiences all the way up to three hour tours. We see some of the studios including Disney Animation, Warner Brothers Studios, and more.
They’re completely safe; you always have a guide in the front and guide in the back. You have to be twenty-one years old and older with a license to drive, and seven years old or above to be a passenger. We’re open seven days a week staring at sunrise.
The biggest thing is spreading the joy. We always want to make people feel like a kid again.
“This is so fun! You see LA in a whole new way!” I can’t help but scream as I drive these fun mini-cars around.
So we try all the thing LA to see if you should to, and Sunny Day Scoot is a go as fast as you can, make a reservation NOW, kind of big fun. And I’m on my way again right now because once just isn’t enough.
See ya next time!
Check out these amazing activities yourself so you can join in on the fun!
